We measured 8 inches, but then it kept snowing for another night. I think we got over 10 inches. It was beautiful. We lost cable for a couple hours, but kept our power!
A house up on Brucemont- pretty lights.
A house next door- lots of lights!
Pat in the snow!
My how high the snow is!
Who is that mysterious figure skiing down Brucemont circle?
Skiing so fast that my camera could only catch his dust!
Oooh presents!

You guys are probably developing some really good muscles with all the snow shoveling you've had to do. It's beautiful but how do you drive in it? Also, that's a cute photo of the two of you in the snow with the flakes floating by. Have a Happy New Year!
Drive? ha! North Carolina shuts down when there is a half an inch of snow! The courthouse closed the first day it snowed, so I was off work early on Friday. Pat still had to work some, luckily he is better equipped to handle the drive than me! But his store closed early a couple of days. It was fun to walk to the grocery story and new pizza place that opened up at the end of our street. Happy New Year to you too Marilee!
