For Thanksgiving, Pat is making two turkeys. The family got a smoker for us all to share (although it lives at our house for now). Pat practiced using it on two chickens- they were very moist and flavorful.

The second turkey is being fried, but first it must get it's shots.






Then into the fryer!


It's getting hot in here! I can't wait to eat!

All your latest additions are wonderful. Your kitchen belongs in a magazine and even the turkey looks like he's having a good time.
We had a nice Thanksgiving but we all agreed it would have been more fun had you been here. Take care.

You fried a turkey in your newly remodelled kitchen?! I see you don't have a typical turkey fryer...
