The yard is beautifully green with all the rain. The ferns are bigger than usual and the hostas are all coming out on the the side of the house. The irises are tall and purple. The peonies are still tightly bound, but they are my favorite so I check on them often.
My secret admirer left me this flower on my car at work one day.....how flattering!
I went to the Herb Festival last Saturday with a few girlfriends. My rewards for getting up early: beefsteak, yellow pear and roma tomatoes, anaheim (mildly hot) peppers, basil, lettuce, mint & Red Cobweb which looks like hens and chicks. I'm working on getting them planted today between uploading pictures!
