Starting work on our kitchen

A few before pictures

Pat went out of town for work and I wanted to see if I could get one tile off of the wall.....by 1:00 in the morning they had all come off.

Then we packed up all the stuff

Pat took the chopping block off the cabinet so we could use the block in the new kitchen.

Pat's Birthday #2

Then on Sunday morning I suprised Pat with his birthday present, a flying lesson. As soon as we got there, he and the pilot got in the plane, Pat took the plane off and got to fly it around for a bit.

 

Pat's Birthday #1

For Pat's birthday we went out to Ruby's, a barbeque place with cornhole, a game where you throw bean bags at a hole. It's like horseshoes, but with bean bags. 

Then Pat opened cards from his parents, a present from Marilee, our new sous chef, Victor.

 And two really cool calendars from Tim.



My Birthday

Mom, Dad, Grams & Grampy came down for a fantastic weekend and then on my actual birthday Pat surprised me with homemade chocolates, flowers and a necklace for my birthday- how lovely!
